A Beautiful Day in Redwood Shores

Nathan is so happy to be out for a walk with Mama, Papa and CoCo. Since my joint pain started a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to take Nathan and CoCo out much. It's definitely nice to catch some fresh air!Believe it or not, he actually enjoys it when we bite him :-) (gently) The bad thing is when he gets us back, he bites us hard! Don't think that's a good idea to play that game anymore.

CoCo didn't want to join us for a picture.

Nathan is full of expressions these days!

Happy Memorial Day

This is one of my favorite pictures of Nathan and me. Thanks Uncle Brian
Check out my cute sock, it's match my shirt!
The two cousins love hanging out together. Can you see Nathan's 2 upper teeth? They are HUGE! They both cut through a week ago (5/18 & 5/21).

Yeah, I can crawl

Nathan surprised me and started crawling today despite of his cold (2nd one). I was expecting to see the "rock" movement first before crawling. I guess he was just anxious to move around.
He is definitely proud of his accomplishment!

My 2 upper teeth are about to erupt

My hives are gone

Thank God his hives finally got all cleared up. I was really worry for a few days. Fortunately, Nathan was in very good spirit the whole time and didn't fuss much. Glad that it was all over.

My 8-Month Birthday

Nathan turned 8 months today. I didn't take a picture today because he broke out in hives, very serious hives...all over his body. We suspect it was food allergy, but we were not 100% sure since it started a day after I introduced him the new food (broccoli). It was so bad that it took 4 days to calm down even with medication. The doctor said that it could be a virus or a combination of things. His face was so swollen on the 3rd day that I wanted to cry when I picked him up from his crib in the morning. It was definitely a scary experience for us.
Now, I am very paranoid when introducing new food to him. I hope this was just an isolated incident.
