Our Sit and Play was canceled today since both of Nathan's playmates are sick. So I've been playing with him all day to get him pooped out. This is a picture of him before his late afternoon nap.

My new teddy bear

Nathan got this new teddy bear from my old colleagues Auntie Freida and Auntie Theresa. Actually Theresa's son Garson picked it out for Nathan. He absolutely loves this teddy because it's soft and when he shakes it, it rattles. He cuddles it when he goes to bed. Thank you Freida, Theresa and Garson.

Sit and Play at Zoe's

Here are Nathan's closest friends (Zoe, Talitha and Nicholas) whom we met at the New Moms class when Nathan was 6 weeks old. We have been getting together almost each week for class or play date ever since. We started a "sit and play" program recently where each week one mom can take off for a couple of hours to run errands or enjoy a massage, pedicure and... This is the 3rd week, it's been great. Both moms and babies had a lot of fun.

Cousin Jonathan came to visit

Brian, Linda, Jonathan, mom and dad came to visit on Sunday. Nathan loves having visitors.

Thank you Brian for the tips on using my new camera and helping me to set up Nathan's blog. Now, I have to be diligent in posting new photos to share with everyone.

1st Taste of Rice Cereal

Today is a BIG day for Nathan. After 6 months of breastmilk and formula, he is ready to try something new.

I was expecting to see a funny face after the 1st taste of rice cereal, but instead, he eagerly swallowed that. He even grabbed my spoon and try to feed himself. Hopefully he will enjoy all the new food.

Nathan's 6-month Check Up

Nathan had his 6-month check up today. I asked Chris to come along because I was afraid that the nurse will ask me to hold his legs. I just can't stand seeing him getting poked. He is definitely a toughie, didn't scream much. Here are his stats:

Do you want to play?

Nathan loves starring at CoCo. I think he wants CoCo to play with him. As for CoCo, each time when she sees me playing with Nathan, she will bring her toys and lay that next to me.
Nathan almost rolled over to CoCo. Good that CoCo is well trained, she won't even steal a kiss from Nathan.

I love this picture of CoCo and Nathan. They get along great together. CoCo knows her boundry and never step on Nathan's play area. I can't wait for Nathan to be old enough to play with CoCo. They will have so much fun together.

I'm 6 months old today

Time flies, can't believe Nathan is already 6 months old. I thought I was just in the hospital last week.

He looks so happy in the bumbo seat. Thank you Jonathan for passing all these great toys and gears for Nathan.

Time for a nap

Since we moved Nathan to his own room, it's been very difficult for him to take a good nap in the afternoon. With the sun shinning right through those big round windows, the room is hot and bright. Once he finally falls asleep, daddy comes home and the noise from the garage door wakes him up again. I guess we didn't pick the right room for him:-)

Babies Reunion

We just had a Babies Reunion with the moms I met when I was pregnant. I went to yoga class and swimming class with some of them. It's so much fun to finally meet all the babies.

1st Bath in my New BIG Tub

Nathan loves winding down with a nice warm bath before bedtime. We just bought him this new tub, it's much bigger than the old one. As you can see, he is still curling his legs and not used to having so much leg room.

Today is a nice and warm day. We took Nathan and CoCo for a nice walk in the park.
